The HP/Stamina bars are black because the Mods folder is not installed on the client side.
If that is not a big deal for the clients and they decide to live with the crash upon exit to get the detailed buff frames then you can activate them by editing the xui.xml file. That is why the enhanced frames are disabled per default.
